Mode of Action

Ulcitab is recommended in conditions of acidity, sour and burning sensation in the stomach. Ulcitab helps to give relief in the fullness of the abdomen, accumulation of gas, chronic pain of the stomach, constipation and other gastric ailments. Ulcitab also helps in treating the gastric ulcers very quickly and also helps to nourish the gastric mucosa and healing of the ulcers naturally.
Terminalia chebula (Haritaki) acts on gastrointestinal disorders like heartburn, flatulence, peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, constipation and stomach pain. The carminative nature of this fruit helps in breaking down the food particles in the stomach and intestine, enhances the secretion of the digestive juices and thereby increases the absorption of essential nutrients through the intestines. It helps to eliminate abdominal gas and in turn reduces abdominal distension, bloating and gaseous cramps.
Senna act on constipation. It contains many chemicals called sennosides. Sennosides irritate the lining of the bowel which causes a laxative effect.
Calcium Carbonate consumes the excess stomach acid & relieves the hyper acidity related symptoms.
Nutmeg- essential oils of nutmeg have a carminative effect. It helps in the secretion of digestive enzymes, bringing about relief, whereas the fiber content in nutmeg will help in bowel movement. It also helps in removing excessive gas from the system.
Nymphaea lotus-Being rich in fiber content, it help keep the digestive tract in order. It regulates appetite. It also detoxify the kidneys and liver, eliminating food wastes and preventing their accumulation in the body, thus maintaining gut wellness.

Dosage Schedule

1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day after each meals or
as per doctor’s advice.
