Mode of Action

Liva is a very effective unani medicine for gastrointestinal track diseases. It is effective for Jaundice, Constipation, Hyper acidity, Gastrointestinal Ulcer and Chronic dysentery. From the herbs of liva we get Vitamin- A, C, Fiber, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Manganese, Piperine, Retin, Gallic acid, Tannins, Pectin etc.

So liva is a good source of anti oxidant as we get a maximum quantity of vitamin A and C from it. It act as laxative as its herbs contain fibrous ingredients. Piperine is very helpful for weight loss, inflammation and decreasing in total lipid content.  Pectin lowers cholesterol and reduces stress chemicals in the brain.

Liva helps to reduce abnormal breakdown of RBC and also helps in reproduction of blood and prevent Jaundice. Liva increases the digestive power and act as anti bacterial component especially for “Helicobacter Pylori Bacteria” which is one of the main reasons of hyper acidity and duodenal ulcear or gastrointestinal ulcear.

Dosage & Administration

Adult – 2-4 tea spoonfuls thrice daily after meal.

Children – Half of the adult dosage.
